Hi all, it’s a long time since the last post. Sorry for being in out of action since long. In December, we have been to Bombay to attend two big conferences:
TiE Entrepreneurial Summit www.tiesummit.org
PAN-IIT 2006 www.paniit2006.org
We will soon update about our experience at the two conference, overall it was fun and good learning experience.
This weekend (20th and 21st January) I will be in Chennai for Proto.in (www.proto.in). I would be glad to meet with you for a cup of coffee (or beer), discuss what we are doing at Picsquare and your comments and suggestions.
Look forward to be there at Proto and lot of exciting meetings.

Hi Karthik and Manish,
Nice blog, nice posts and really congratulations on making Picsquare. I am certainly glad, I could see some small glimpses of its creation. I had a few things to say, probably not on this post but from your previous ones. My views.
I am slightly uncomfortable with the word ‘entrepreneur’. The management world has used the word as a concept on paper and you guys have tasted the reality. “entrepreneur” is seen politically these days and are concieved as a part of higher economic models. If feel you both are “makers” of a system thats why making of Picsquare. “Creators”…Problems of creations are different ( ex Execution) is a part of it. Creators have no agenda other than creating! Economic systems aids the creation. So you creatively work out logistics of profits, but thats not the end, many jargons like ‘continious innovation’ etc by management gurus and their relationships with economic models etc looks pretty obvious since change is not a need but part of internal process. Its nice to see a company grow not only in profits but in its shape and thinking. I guess, creativity is the key and creators are always creative. Execution is serious work well extremely important. Now creative process is not taught in any management courses! thats why any “entrepreneur” looks creative and are called for giving lectures of sucess stories in the management school! So I feel Picsquare has great space for creativity. Small ideas but continious ideas….well ofcourse “good listning”! Good luck
